I got into typewriters during the pandemic. I mostly wanted to use it to type out the dialogue from one of my video projects. I got the typewriter from my local 'buy nothing' group on facebook. When I completed the book I dropped off a copy to the stranger that gifted me the typewriter.
 
The images are mostly from my childhood and the cover references hurricane Lewis from '95 that hit Anguilla weeks after my family and I moved there. I started my healing from years of depression around this time and was beginning my transition. 
 
I’ve updated the inside with my signature so you know it’s still CATE.
